Services

Test advise or information can be sourced by navigating our informative website, emailing support@easytests.co.uk or by calling our support telephone service on 01270 916080. Our team will respond to you with advice and information regarding your local clinics, available tests, and accessible appointments. All clinic sites, excluding Crewe require 24-hour advance notice to reserve the diagnostic appointment.  When making a request for an appointment the clinic reserves the right to make alterations to the appointment time. These can be same day alterations, and an email will be sent your enquiry email address.

Test Processing and Reporting Times

Most diagnostic tests offered by Easy Testing Ltd have a standard reporting timeframe of up to 3 working days from the point at which the sample is successfully received by the processing laboratory. More comprehensive profiles, including multi‑marker panels and extended biochemical assessments, may require the full 5 working days for complete analysis and validation.

Certain specialist analyses require extended processing and validation.

In particular:

•     DNA panels, genetic profiling, and other complex genomic tests may require up to 30 days for full laboratory analysis, quality assurance, and reporting.

•     Where extended timelines apply, this will be communicated at the point of purchase or during your appointment.

All turnaround times are indicative only and may vary due to laboratory capacity, courier delays, sample quality, or additional validation steps required to ensure accuracy. Delays in reporting do not constitute a defect in the service and are not grounds for cancellation or refund.

Easy Testing Ltd is not liable for delays arising from third‑party laboratory processes, courier services, or circumstances beyond our control.
