Advanced Well Man Profile: Men's Health Blood Test in Crewe
Men's health often goes unchecked until symptoms appear — but many of the most common male health concerns, from low testosterone and thyroid dysfunction to early prostate issues and heart disease risk, can be detected early through a simple blood test.
At Easy Medical Centre in Crewe, our Advanced Well Man Profile is a comprehensive private blood and urine test specifically designed for men, covering 66 biomarkers across 12 key health categories. The profile checks your testosterone and hormone balance, PSA (Prostate Specific Antigen), thyroid function, cholesterol and cardiovascular risk, liver and kidney health, diabetes markers, bone health, vitamins and minerals — giving you a complete picture of your health in a single appointment.
On the day of your visit, our team will also measure your blood pressure, weight, height, and waist/hip circumference. You will receive a full Health Report with results colour-coded for easy reading — no GP appointment needed to understand what your results mean.
Our partner laboratory is RCLS, UKAS Accredited Lab 9329. Results are typically available within 3–5 working days.

Advanced Well Man Profile — Your Questions Answered
What does the Advanced Well Man Profile test for?
The Advanced Well Man Profile covers 66 biomarkers across 12 health categories — including testosterone and male hormones (FSH, LH, SHBG, Free Androgen Index), PSA for prostate health, thyroid function, cholesterol and cardiovascular risk, liver and kidney health, diabetes markers (glucose, HbA1c), bone health, vitamin D, and full urinalysis.
How is the Advanced Well Man Profile different from the Well Man Check?
The Advanced Well Man Profile is our most detailed men's health test, covering 66 biomarkers including PSA, full thyroid panel, hormone profile, and urinalysis. The Well Man Check is a more focused starter test covering fewer markers — ideal for a basic health overview or first-time testing.
Do I need to fast before this test?
Yes, fasting for up to 12 hours before your appointment is recommended for accurate glucose, cholesterol, and insulin readings. You can drink water normally.
How long does it take to get results?
Results are typically available within 3–5 working days, delivered by email with a full colour-coded Health Report that flags any results outside the optimal range.
Will I need to see a GP to understand my results?
No. Your Health Report clearly explains each result and highlights anything outside the normal range. However, if any results require follow-up, we recommend discussing them with your GP or healthcare provider.
Can I book this test as a gift for someone?
