Easy Testing Ltd is not liable for shipping and if testing kit lost in transit, we cannot accept any claims or liability. You can return your home testing kit back to clinic and we will deliver it back safely to the laboratory ourselves.
We cannot guarantee that your parcel will be delivered next day as we use 48hr service and not liable for delivery process and is outside of our control. Tracking number will be provided as soon as your order is dispatched.
Returns & Refund Policy
As soon as order has been placed and testing kit is dispatched, we cannot process refund for kit you have ordered.
If testing kit is not dispatched yet (you have not received despatch confirmation email) we may be able to get your order cancelled.
We cannot accept any home testing kit returns at any time due to product specification.
Please only order your kit if you are ready to take your test as no returns/ refunds accepted at any circumstances.
