Blood Draw only

Service Description

It is a blood draw appointment only for people who have medical kit ordered from different providers and are still sealed (or unused) and in full order, including all collection forms, consent, and return postal labels. Easy Medical Centre is not liable for any issues in regards to testing, results or test delivery to third party. We do not accept any claims against you will have any issues with your results or ANY LOSS accruing prior, during or after blood draw in the clinic. Customer booking Blood Draw appointment in clinic accept full liability for the further process of the testing kit. Easy Medical Centre only collects the blood into the containers provided by the supplier who sent the collection kit over to the customer. As soon as blood has been collected from the vein, the customer is responsible for sending the kit to be laboratory. Easy Medical Centre can collect blood from the vein only.

Cancellation Policy

Booking can be cancelled or rescheduled 24hr before appointment time. We cannot process full refund less than 24 hours notice before appointment time and money can not be refunded.
