Local Home Visit – Crewe – £45 Our own Easy Medical Centre phlebotomist comes to your home or workplace to take your blood sample. This service is available for addresses within 10 miles of our Crewe clinic (37 High Street, Crewe CW2 7BL). Your Home Visit fee is £45, added to the price of your test or profile. If your address is more than 10 miles from our Crewe clinic, please book our UK-wide Home Visit Blood Draw instead. How it works 1. Book your test and this Local Home Visit, giving your full address. 2. We confirm your address is within 10 miles and send your payment link. Payment is required in advance. 3. Our phlebotomist visits at your agreed time, checks your photo ID and takes your sample. 4. You receive your results with clinician interpretation. Single tests are usually reported within 1-3 working days and profiles within 2-5 working days of the sample reaching the laboratory. Cancellations and missed visits - Cancel or rearrange more than 24 hours before your visit: free of charge. - Cancel within 24 hours, or not available at the address at the visit time: the £45 Home Visit fee is non-refundable. Your test fee is refunded in full, or kept towards a rebooked visit if you prefer. - If a sample cannot be taken for reasons outside the phlebotomist's control (for example difficult veins), the Home Visit fee applies and a further visit can be booked. Full details are in clause 7A of our Terms & Conditions. Good to know - Local home visits are available for patients aged 16 and over. Patients aged 16 or 17 must have a parent or guardian present at the visit. - Please have photo ID ready, keep pets secured and make sure the phlebotomist has safe access and a clean, well-lit space with a chair and table.
