Service Description

Gastrointestinal disease can be caused by many agents, including bacteria, viruses and parasites. Culture for bacteria will not pick up the viruses or parasites. Tests for parasites will not detect the viruses or the bacteria. This GI profile is a multiplexed nucleic acid test intended for the simultaneous qualitative detection and identification of nucleic acids from multiple bacteria. All you need to do is bring your sample in the clear sample container to your appointment, which you can purchase from a pharmacy or collect it from our clinic. We reserve the right to cancel appointments with less than 24 hours' notice due to unforeseen circumstances. All services must be paid for in advance, and an invoice will be sent upon appointment confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

Booking can be cancelled or rescheduled 24hr before appointment time. We cannot process full refund less than 24 hours notice before appointment time and money can not be refunded.
